Bromley Parish Church
In 2018, we undertook a programme of restoration and refurbishment works to the 1991 III/40 J.W. Walker & Sons organ in Bromley Parish Church.
The work included:
– re-leathering balancier motors throughout
– upgrading the piston capture system
– repairing collapsing reed basses
– full regulation of the mechanical action to the manual divisions
– restoration and regulation of the mechanical action to the Pedal Organ
– restoration work to the Swell Organ expression box shutter mechanism
– re-leathering a split reservoir
